Freda L. Davis Harless Obituary

Freda L. Harless, 96, formerly of Englewood, Fla., passed away Sunday, May 30, 2004.

She was born June 22, 1907, in West Virginia.

She was a former resident of Englewood from 1974 to 1994. Mrs. Harless was a beloved wife and a loving mother.

She is survived by her children, Lorena Pippin, Donald Harless, James Harless, Gloria Hickman and Lola Fletcher; 20 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and 22 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Estell R. Harless; her son, Estell Jr. and her daughter, Jean Gill.

Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2004. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 3, 2004, at Engleside Baptist Church in Alexandria, Va. Interment will be at Beallsville Cemetery in Beallsville, Pa.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Engleside Baptist Church/Missions, 8428 Highland Lane, Alexandria, VA 22309-1704.

Lacey A. Harless Jr Obituary

Lacy A. Harless, a resident of Tallmadge over 40 years is more alive today than he has ever been before through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Those who are left behind with joyous expectation of the great reunion to come are his loving wife of 60 years, Pauline (Boyle) Harless; his loving daughters, Mary (Martin) Olson and Laura (Mike) Doane of Uniontown; grandson, Eric Doane of Columbus; granddaughters, Kristin (Mark) Reimann of Colorado Springs, Colo., Heidi (Mark) Silcox of Auburn, Ala., Kasi Olson of Canton; great-grandchildren, Paul, Meredith and John Reimann. Preceded in death by his parents, Lacy A. Harless Sr. and Elsie (Cline) Harless; and daughter, Debbie Harless.

He was a teacher of God’s word, a leader and servant, a son, brother, husband, father, and a true hero. Heaven rejoices with it’s gain, and in our loss, so do we. “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of Righteousness…” II Tim 4:6-8a.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 10 a.m. at Faith Bible Fellowship Church, 126 W. Overdale Dr., Tallmadge. Family and friends may call Sunday, Feb. 16 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Hennessy-Bagnoli Funeral Home, 339 South west Ave., Tallmadge, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Faith Bible Fellowship Church.

Anita K. Harless, 56, of Kirkland, WA., was born May 8, 1945 in Fresno, CA. and passed away April 24, 2002 in Fairport, N.Y. She is survived by her loving husband Lee, her children Melody, Darrell (Lauri) and Karrie.

She is also survived by her mother Marie Anderson, sister Rowena Miller, and her grandson James Harless. She was preceded in death by her father Maurice Anderson. Services will be held on Thursday, May the 2nd a 2 p.m. There will also be a time of Viewing held that same day from 9 a.m. un til 2 p.m. The Services will be held at Purdy and Walters at Floral Hills, 409 Filbert Rd., Lynnwood.

Anna L. Harless, 79, of Marmet died April 29, 2001, in Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, after a long illness.

She was a homemaker and a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Wayne Harless.

Surviving are: husband, George T. Harless; daughters, Sandra Irvin of Vienna, Shirley Estep of Poca, Linda Slepetz of Herndon, Va., Patty Jo Beans of Charles Town; sons, George A. Harless of Chelyan, Earl L. Harless of Fairfax; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.

Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, at Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet, with the Rev. John Hudson officiating. Burial will follow in Marmet Cemetery, Marmet.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Anna Marie Lieble Harless Obituary

Anna Marie Lieble Harless, 94, of Charleston, W.Va., died April 24, 2001, in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

She was retired from Lewis Hubbard Wholesale Grocery Warehouse. She was also the founder of the Flower Garden in Kanawha City.

Surviving: her nieces, Jo Ann Johnson of Kanawha City, Vonya Lee Ratliff of Hurricane, W.Va.; several great-nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be noon Thursday, April 26, at Cunningham Memorial Park Upper Mausoleum Chapel, St. Albans.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time Thursday at the cemetery.
