Lacy A. Harless, a resident of Tallmadge over 40 years is more alive today than he has ever been before through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Those who are left behind with joyous expectation of the great reunion to come are his loving wife of 60 years, Pauline (Boyle) Harless; his loving daughters, Mary (Martin) Olson and Laura (Mike) Doane of Uniontown; grandson, Eric Doane of Columbus; granddaughters, Kristin (Mark) Reimann of Colorado Springs, Colo., Heidi (Mark) Silcox of Auburn, Ala., Kasi Olson of Canton; great-grandchildren, Paul, Meredith and John Reimann. Preceded in death by his parents, Lacy A. Harless Sr. and Elsie (Cline) Harless; and daughter, Debbie Harless.
He was a teacher of God’s word, a leader and servant, a son, brother, husband, father, and a true hero. Heaven rejoices with it’s gain, and in our loss, so do we. “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of Righteousness…” II Tim 4:6-8a.
