     William Richard Bailey was born circa 1903 in West Virginia. He is the son of J. R. Bailey and E. B. Toler. William Richard Bailey married Myrlie Brooke Harless, daughter of Lorenzo Dow Harless and Maggie Mae Brown, 8 November 1930 in Logan, Logan County, West Virginia.

     Jessica Stuck is the daughter of Steven Stuck and Debra Harless.

     George Posey Toler was born on 18 September 1927 in Cyclone, Wyoming County, West Virginia. He was the son of Day Toler. George Posey Toler married India Mae Bailey, daughter of William Richard Bailey and Myrlie Brooke Harless, 26 October 1951 in Cyclone, Wyoming County, West Virginia. Rev.
