Stella B. Lilly

     Othar Epling was born on 1 June 1895 in Hewett, Boone County, West Virginia. He was the son of Clarence Dow Epling and Washtella Ball. Othar Epling married Mabel Blanche Hager, daughter of B. M. Hager and Minnie Belle Nelson, 15 June 1920 in Clothier, Boone County, West Virginia.

     Othar Epling died 18 June 1963.

Carrie Epling

b. 19 July 1897, d. 30 June 1977
     Carrie Epling was born on 19 July 1897 in West Virginia. She was the daughter of Clarence Dow Epling and Washtella Ball. Carrie Epling married Robert Fulton White, son of Clay White and Daisy Saunders, May 1921. Carrie Epling married Frazier Ferrell.

     Carrie Epling died 30 June 1977.
