     Anne Catherine Fitzwater was born on 6 August 1872 in Hardy County, West Virginia. She was the daughter of William H. S. Fitzwater and Charlotte Harless. Anne Catherine Fitzwater married Lorenzo Wilson Fitzwater, son of Cyprianus Fitzwater and Clarinda Delawder, 3 November 1889 in Hardy County, West Virginia. Anne Catherine Fitzwater married George Harvey May 11 October 1894 in Rockingham County, Virginia.

     Anne Catherine Fitzwater died 31 October 1944 in Arlington, Arlington County, Virginia.
