     Lois Jean Marcum was born in April 1924. She married John Richard Carey 1942. Lois Jean Marcum married Dennis Ray Smith, son of Everett Cela Smith Sr. and Velma Virginia Taylor, 17 December 1954 in South Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia.

     Mark Everett Smith was born on 3 July 1959. He is the son of Dennis Ray Smith and Lois Jean Marcum.
