     Floyd Givens Williams was born on 15 December 1843 in Virginia. He was the son of George Stafford Williams and Mary Reynolds. Floyd Givens Williams married Mary Elizabeth Williams, daughter of John M. Williams and Sarah Louise Lumpkin, circa 1866.

     Floyd Givens Williams died 6 October 1904.

     Amanda Virginia Williams was born on 18 November 1845. She was the daughter of George Stafford Williams and Mary Reynolds. Amanda Virginia Williams married Charles McComas Meredith, son of William Green Meredith and Nancy Jane Frazier, 11 November 1874.

     Amanda Virginia Williams died 19 January 1927.
