     Jesse Clinton Frost was born on 9 January 1880 in Alabama. She was the daughter of John Harless Frost and Alice Augusta Frost. Jesse Clinton Frost married Julian Leroy Faucher, son of Thomas M. Faucher and Myra McGuire, 7 March 1899 in Bibb County, Alabama.
